Nike’s Christian Tresser-designed, water-inspired running shoe, the Air Max 97, has a fresh, smaller-sized version in light neutral tones. Meet the Nike Air Max 97 “Light Orewood Brown Silver.”

This AM97 has a white mesh base. Wavy layered overlays covering the shoe begin with a wraparound leather mudguard in the titular “Light Orewood Brown.” The rest of the overlays are a crisp white, matching the base, laces, mesh tongue, and tongue and heel pulls. Signature profile Swooshes featured in mid-panel windows on either side of the shoe are embroidered in metallic silver, matching the mini Swooshes on the tongues. A white midsole with a full-length exposed Max Air unit and a “Light Orewood Brown” rubber outsole finish off the look of this shoe.
